Abbreviations

K – Knit
P – Purl
Sl – Slip stitch purlwise
DPN – Double-pointed needle
BC (Back Cross) – Slip next stitch to DPN and hold at back, K2, then P1 from DPN
FC (Front Cross) – Slip next 2 stitches to DPN and hold at front, P1, then K2 from DPN
Single BC – Slip 1 stitch to DPN and hold at back, K1, then P1 from DPN
Single FC – Slip 1 stitch to DPN and hold at front, P1, then K1 from DPN
RS – Right side
WS – Wrong side
