I can understand most of the symbols on the chart. The yarn over, the cable 6 right and left and knit 3 together. I think the symbol after the yarn over is a k2tog and the symbol just before the yarn over is an ssk but is the horizontal line or dash a purl?
It looks like it might be an unused square on the chart. (Some patterns will fill in those squares.) Looking at the photo, there aren’t any purls on the RS, so I counted sts and I think this is what was needed to keep the grid even, as some programs require. I hope you can work it out. Very pretty lace pattern. 😊
