I have just found a textured window knitting stitch would really like to knit this stitch in pattern but the instructions are in another language is it possible to get it in English please

We just have the chart, sorry.
I think the Xs are Knit or Ktbl, —s are Purl and O is yarnover. I know zero Russian and cannot read Cyrillic, but knitters can learn to “read” stitches, right?
