hi, in the pattern it says cable, in the name also but in the picture I see not 1 cable. do pattern and picture combine?

Where are the written instructions explaining what the symbols mean ? ? ? What is the cast on stitch amount ? What is the row repeat ? ? ? It would make learning this pattern very easy if a person had written instructions in front of them. Do you want to make learning this pattern easy ? ?
