  1. AGAIN! Free pattern stitch but no key code for symbols. Please send. Thank you. FYI; Most of your free pattern st need key code for symbols. What happened?

    1. What happened is that this is my passion project and this site is created so we can figure out stitches together so as it stands many of these come from pinterest and are as I featured them.

  2. This is such a beautiful pattern! I have used so many of your lovely stitches and wanted to try to help out a little by providing a “key” to this pattern. I did some poking around in other language knitting charts and tested it and know what all the symbols mean. It will be a little harder to do since I can’t post pictures, but I will try to explain those that aren’t on my keyboard.
    | – Knit
    – – Purl
    O – Yarn Over
The \ with an extra leg, 3rd stitch on the 5th row is an SSK (slip, slip, knit) or an SKP (slip, knit, pass slipped stitch over)
The / with an extra leg, 1st stitch on the 11th row is a k2tog
The 3-legged symbol that is the 8th stitch on the 1st row is a Centered Double Decrease, CDD, or S2KP which is slip 2 together, knit 1, pass slipped stitches over knit stitch.
The 4-stitch group starting on the 4th and going to the 7th stitch on the 11th row is a 1/3 RC, or 1 over 3 Right Cable. Slip 3 stitches onto a cable needle, hold in back, knit 1, then knit 3 from cable needle.
The 4-stitch group starting on the 2nd stitch and going to the 5th stitch on the 23 row is a 1/3 LC or 1 over 3 Left Cable. Slip 1 stitch onto a cable needle, hold in front, knit 3, then k1 from cable needle.
