Where are the written instructions for this pattern ? It would make learning this very easy if a person had a written pattern in front of them, for instance what is the cast on count ? what is the row repeat count ? ? Do you want to make learning this pattern easy ? ? ?
Multiple of 14 stitches +1, plus selvage (I do simple garter selvage which adds 2 stitches, so my minimum stitch count would be 17… 14 + 1 + 2).
Pattern repeat: 24 rows.
I strongly recommend after casting on, first row be wrong side, all purl, you don’t see it in finished product and it’s way easier to do lace on that than it is on the cast on row.
First row, knit selvage, begin pattern: k1, *yo, k3, ssk, k3, k2tog, k3, yo, p1*, repeat until last 14 sts,(excluding selvage), k1, yo, k3, ssk, k3, k2tog, k3, yo, P1, selvage.
Wrong side rows purl.
Row 5 has a right leaning double decrease, I use k3tog. Row 16 has a left leaning double decrease, I use sssk.
Hope this helps.
