I love this stitch pattern (Fat Cables) but I am a beginner knitter and do not know how to read the pattern is there any way to get written instructions?
To read start from right to left begin with row 1: p3, k12, p3
Row 2 and all alternate rows knit the knit stitches and purl the purls
Row 3 is where the cable begins so grab an extra needle or a cable needle and slip 3 sts and hold to the back then knit 6, then knit 3 for the cable needle and then knit 3, p3 and that row is finished.
That is how you would read this pattern continue in that way, good luck!
